1975. Queen, Paul McCartney, Billy Joel and Elton John topped the charts. Then, this incredible blaring dirty music blasted out of my brothers room and Punk Rock music was born. My life was forever changed and the Ramones were to blame. Combining 3 chords (OK, sometimes 4), incredible pop sensibilities of a great 1950's tune, mixed with the harshest shreds and loudest distortion that I'd ever heard.
