What popular song or band drives you nuts by how bad they are and you can't believe that one person much less millions helped them become even a one hit wonder?
I'll start. For me, it was the Spin Doctors "Little Miss Can't Be Wrong".
IMO horrible song, horrible music, horrid singing and the most dreadful lyrics ever contained in a hit song.
IMO rock music isn't meant to be spiteful and to use the media to wish illwill towards another person as this song suggests. Rock stars DO NOT address anyone's faults to millions of people just out of spite and expect to sell millions of records or sellout concert halls. How did this band pass through? What were people thinking?
Yeah, Randy Newman had a huge hit with the equally mean "Short People" yet IT WAS A NOVELTY SONG PEOPLE! He didn't write it because of spite, it was funny and it also had a pretty great hook and melody.
